12 hour smoked pulled pork, seasoned with our signature pit rub and house BBQ sauce.

16 hour smoked brisket, seasoned simply with salt and pepper.
Pork ribs smoked and dusted with our signature pit rub, charred and glazed with our house BBQ sauce.
Peruvian brined and smoked half chicken, lightly brushed with our house BBQ sauce.

Slow roasted porchetta, hand carved, chimi-mayo, Boursin cheese and arugula on a toasted baguette.
Cola braised pork with smoked ham, swiss cheese, mustard mayo and pickles on toasted buttered bread.
Hand carved smoked turkey breast, mayo, cornbread crunchies and cranberry relish on sliced sourdough.
Our house Peruvian smoked chicken, pulled and served traditional chicken salad style on Martin’s potato bread.
Miso sake marinated Japanese eggplant, kimchi coleslaw, kewpie mayo and chili garlic crisp on a toasted baguette.
Hand carved 16 hour smoked brisket with our three cheese blend, peppers and onion on a toasted baguette.

From office lunches to weddings, we bring the full Meat & Company experience to your venue. We cater Niskayuna, Schenectady, Rotterdam, Latham, Colonie, Albany, Troy, Clifton Park, Saratoga Springs and the greater Capital Region.

Catering packages start at 20 guests for pick-up and delivery, and full-service catering starts at 50 guests. For smaller groups, order from our regular menu.
We typically need 2 days’ notice. Need it sooner? Call us at (518) 344-6119 and we’ll do our best.
Full-service catering adds $6 per person plus a 15% service fee on the food. We handle the setup and service so you can enjoy your event. It starts at 50 guests.
No deposit needed. We set up payment by phone the week of your event.
We typically get back to you within 4 hours Monday through Thursday, and by the end of the day Friday through Sunday. We confirm every catering order by phone and send your final quote.
